By registering for or attending Rwanda Mining Week (RMW), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Registration and Tickets

• All registrations are subject to approval by RMW organizers.
• Registration fees must be paid in full before event access is granted.
• Tickets are non-transferable except as specified in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
• You must provide accurate information during registration and update it if necessary.

2. Event Access

• You must present valid identification and your registration confirmation to enter the event.
• RMW organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any participant who violates these terms or our Code of Conduct.
• Access is limited to registered areas only; VIP or restricted areas require appropriate credentials.

3. Code of Conduct

All participants must:

• Treat fellow attendees, speakers, staff, and vendors with respect
• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior
• Comply with venue rules and local laws
• Not engage in unauthorized filming, recording, or photography where prohibited

Violation may result in immediate removal without refund.

4. Intellectual Property

• All event content, including presentations, materials, and branding, is owned by RMW or respective speakers/sponsors.
• You may not record, reproduce, or distribute event content without prior written permission.
• By attending, you grant RMW the right to use photographs, videos, or recordings featuring you for promotional purposes.

5. Liability and Disclaimers

• RMW organizers are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the event.
• We are not responsible for travel delays, accommodation issues, or third-party services.
• Event content and speaker opinions do not constitute professional advice; consult appropriate experts for business decisions.
• You attend at your own risk and are responsible for your own insurance coverage.

6. Event Changes

• RMW organizers reserve the right to modify the event program, speakers, schedule, or venue without prior notice.
• We may cancel, postpone, or change the event format due to circumstances beyond our control (see Refund Policy for financial implications).

7. Privacy and Data Protection

• Your personal data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
• By registering, you consent to receiving event-related communications.

8. General Provisions

• These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda.
• If any provision is found invalid, the remaining terms remain in effect.
• RMW organizers’ decisions regarding these terms are final.
